China Mobile SMS, can send but can't receive

Thank you for fixing the voice issue. I am still unable to receive China Mobile sms, text messages after this re-charge, although I am able to send them.

Please remove any block you may have inadvertently put on my credit so I can receive text messages again.

Answer:
First, airtime recharge does not affect text message capacity.

You may follow the steps below:

1. Check text message inbox, delete some message in cast the box is full. If the box is full, it can not receive any messages.

2. If problem still remains, I suggest that you put the sim card into another cell phone in order to test if the phone can receive the text message.

3. If another phone is OK to receive, it is likely that your sim card has problem. China Mobile branch can test the sim card for you.

4. Please find short text message (SMS) service center number on your phone. Please replace by +8613800200500 (if your number is from Guangzhou). If the number is from another city, please find
text message (SMS) service center number here.
