Changing Name on Contract

I'd like to change the name of my contract because I'm leaving china soon and my friends want to take my number and change the name on the contract to put his name is it possible ?

This is possible. It requires both persons to present at a China Mobile office to change an ownership of a number. Also, a number if you just bought recently can not change ownership till a certain period of time. Thus, please call 10086 to check first before you go.
