If I am using China mobile what is the code for long distance?
They gave me a series of about 4 numbers to dial before dialling internationally and its cheaper, I forgot the numbers and lost the notebook it was written down in, does anyone know what it is?

It depends which city issues your China mobile number.

If your China number was bought in Beijing, China Mobile.
It's 12593 for internationally. And 17951 for other cities in China.
When you are in other Chinese cities, you use 17951 for internationally.

If your China number was bought in Shanghai, China Mobile.
It's 12593 for internationally. And 17951 for other cities in China.
When you are in other Chinese cities, you use 17951 for internationally.


If your China number was bought in Guangzhou, China Mobile.
It's 12593 for internationally. And 12593 too for other cities in China.
