I have some questions regarding my son Beijing China Mobile Number. He has already arrived in Beijing. Can we activate the free incoming call feature yet? Can he get voice mail? If so what is the cost and how does it work?

Please let him send KTCTWY by text message to 10086 before August 31 (not include August 31) to activate the function for September and onwards. All Beijing China Mobile numbers' free incoming free feature is activated in the following month if it is activated this month.
It costs $2.00 monthly fee. To cancel the function, send QXCTWY by text message to 10086.

Currently, There is no voicemail function on Beijing China Mobile SIM cards.
