I would like to enquire on more details about your product. I would like to know if you offer Hong Kong local numbers in Hong Kong sim card and also if it can be used in any countries. I would also want to know if I am charged for incoming calls and if it will be possible to send sms with this sim cards.

The Hong Kong SIM after activating in Hong Kong can be used in other countries as international roaming. The incoming calls while in Hong Kong, regardless of origin, are US$0.03/min. You can send sms when you are in Hong Kong.
