Hong Kong and China SIM Card

I am looking at getting a China Hong Kong sim card .
1) Will it work in Shanghia and Hong kong. I had a card from another company china-hk telecom and it only worked in Hong Kong and guangzuo, not in shanghai
2) Am I charged for incoming calls or just outgoing
If I have an incoming from canada what am I charged.

- Our China-Hong kong sim cards work in Shanghai, Hong kong and all mainland China.

2) Am I charged for incoming calls or just outgoing If I have an incoming from Canada
what am I charged.

- Incoming calls in mainland China is $0.07 per minute
- In Hong kong, incoming call is $0.35 per minute
