Chinese phone internet mms settings in Netherlands

I have a PEGASO DUAL SIM mobile. I am trying to get internet and mms settings for this Chinese phone but with no success until now. Could you please help me?
My provider is unable to help me( they are not familiar with this phone).

First, please make sure that your service provided has activated GPRS service on your SIM card.

Please find setting menu on your mobile phone and find similar fields as the left side shown:

Operator: - KPN Mobile
GPRS APN: - internet
Username: - {blank}
Password: - {blank}
DNS: - 62.133.126.28, 62.133.126.29

Or,

Operator: - T-Mobile
GPRS APN: - internet
Username: - t-mobile
Password: - t-mobile
DNS: - 193.79.237.39, 193.79.242.39
