China Mobile Phone Setting in Another Country

I have a china mobile model SIGMA FXD T33i. In this mobile the Gprs option is availble but when i want to activate this option it is not suppoted.Will u explain why it was happend? I am very dissappointed about china handsets. Is there any possible to activate the gprs settings for my mobile. Plz give the solution this is my kindly request

At First, please check if your local sim card is GPRS enabled.

Configuration info is needed from your mobile carrier in your country. Each mobile carrier has different configuration data. For example, gerenal wap setting is as follows:

Goto WAP, Settings, Edit Profile, Choose a blank Shell Profile, Edit Profile
Rename Profile:
Homepage:
Data Point Account:
Connection character: HTTP (enter Proxy Address )
Port:
Username & PIN:

GPRS Setting: Go to Service, Data Point Account, and adjust the followings:
Account Name:
APN:
Username & Password:
Authentication Type: Normal

The above lacking data should be put up by a local network carrier.
