China Cell Phone Rental Cost

I would like to finalize plans for China cell phone rental when I am in China. I will be in China from October 29 thorugh November 6. I will need to rent a China cell phone. How do I get/return the phone? If people from the US Skype me, will that phone be able to receive the call? Will receiving the Skype call still be free? What will the TOTAL cost of the phone be for that period (excluding any outgoing calls I make)?

How do I get/return the phone?
- We deliver the phone to the hotel front desk in advance. You can pick it up when arrive. You return the phone at the front dsek of the hotel.
If people from the US Skype me, will that phone be able to receive the call?
- Yes the phone can receive the call.
Will receiving the Skype call still be free?
- Yes receiving calls in Shanghai is free. Please request a Shanghai based number when you fill in Chine cell phone rental order form.

What will the TOTAL cost of the phone be for that period (excluding any
outgoing calls I make)?
